2-year limited warranty.
Every VIALYX™ device is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including the cooling system, battery and seals.
What's not covered
Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear of cosmetic parts, and loss or theft.
How to claim
Email info@vialyx.co with your order number and a short description of the issue. We'll guide you through diagnosis and replacement.
Replacement
Approved claims are resolved by repair or replacement at our discretion. Shipping for valid warranty claims is on us.
