Items must be returned in original condition with all included accessories. We can't accept returns on items damaged through misuse.

Email info@vialyx.co with your order number. We'll send return instructions and a prepaid label where available.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

If your device arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost.
